Built from the Ground Up

Southeast Coastal Builders, Inc. is a licensed residential general contractor focused on managing luxury homes and exclusive residential projects. Founded by Jeff Nowicki, who began his career in construction at 15, entering the sheet metal trade before mastering masonry and building Palm Beach Masonry.

Jeff's decades of hands-on experience became the foundation for Southeast Coastal Builders. Led by Managing Partner Logan Putnam and Office Manager Lauryn Nowicki, our team brings integrity, attention to detail, and a belief that strong relationships and solid craftsmanship are the cornerstones of lasting success.
